We create safe, engaging spaces where girls discover the power of STEM through experiential learning. Our programs include:
STEM Clubs & Camps — After-school and holiday programs where girls explore science, technology, engineering, and math through projects and experiments.
Workshops & Competitions — Hands-on skill-building sessions and friendly competitions that build confidence and creativity.
Teacher Training — Equipping educators with modern methods and resources so they can inspire the next generation of girls in STEM.
Through mentorship and ongoing support, we help girls see themselves as capable problem-solvers and future leaders. Our goal is simple: to close the gender gap in STEM and build a stronger, more innovative Rwanda — one girl at a time.

STEM Camps
Our STEM Camps give girls in Rwanda immersive, hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, and math. Through exciting projects and real-world challenges, they build practical skills, explore their passions and potential career paths.
STEP into STEM
A deep-dive program that equips young women with foundational STEM skills and knowledge, to navigate the dynamic world of STEM. It includes a competition component that fosters innovation and teamwork while actively addressing the barriers that limit women’s participation in STEM.
