We are an organization led by women, committed to providing a safe and supportive space for girls to explore STEM.

The Role

Building on the successful delivery of the Step into STEM program across 7 schools in Rwanda, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on STEM Facilitator to lead the on-the-ground implementation and scale-up of the program to an additional 10 schools. • Support the establishment and integration of STEM clubs within partner schools

  • Deliver and support teacher training, curriculum implementation, and ongoing coaching

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of schools, participants, teachers, and interns, ensuring inclusive participation

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with schools, partners, and local communities

  • Support internships, mentorship, career guidance, and alumni engagement activities

  • Coordinate and support program events, including showcases and graduation ceremonies

  • Contribute to monitoring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Education, or a related field

  • Proven experience facilitating youth or STEM programs, ideally in a school or community setting

  • Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) or hands-on, experiential pedagogy

  • Excellent organizational and logistics management skills, with the ability to manage multiple school programmes simultaneously

  • Strong reporting and data management skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines
